Hand crafted in Australia by eluxury home’s sheepskin artisans, each large sheepskin rug is carefully crafted from six pre-selected New Zealand or Australian sheepskin. Each sheepskin features the most divine and enchanting silky soft wool boasting with a super plush and velvet like pile. The carefully selected merino sheepskin create the natural and organic curved shape of each sheepskin rug making every merino rug unique to another as no two sheepskins are ever exactly identical.

The Sexto sheepskin rug is approximately 150cm in width x 200-210cm length with a dense wool pile of 5 -7cm.

Our carefully and ethically sourced, high quality merino sheepskins make eluxury home sheepskin rugs, easy care. Vacuum as with a gentle setting, brush the wool with a wired pet brush and in the event of staining they are easy to spot clean with gentle wool detergent. These large sheepskin rugs are great for everyday styling, with incredible molecular fibers that assist the body to stay cool in summer while insulating heat and keeping the body warm in the winter. Rated as the thickest wool density of all sheepskins breeds, makes this grey sheepskin rug an all year round stylish comfort pleaser.

Sheepskin – Natural Product

Sheepskin is a natural product therefore each merino rug will vary in wool pile, texture, density and even shape making each rug unique piece. Though natural the light grey sheepskin colour is fashioned dyed and highly recommended to keep away from direct sunlight tp prevent fiber damage and loss of colour. These sheepskins are of beautiful quality from natural by-product and have been processed through safer tanning practices but this colour is not certified eco-tanned.

Care Instructions

All animal skin, furs, and sheepskin products are natural products that will feature variation in color tone, pile, texture, and shape.
All dyed products keep away from direct UV sunlight exposure as this may damage the colour.
In the event of staining, remove excess soiling with a dry cloth. If it is a liquid stain absorb as much of the stain with a dry cloth without spreading the stain further.
Only with lukewarm water and gentle detergent, gently wash the stain. Do not submerge or wash the product unless otherwise stated.
Do not use chemical agents.
Remove excess moisture with a dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally in the shade and do not apply heat.
Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Keep away from moist and damp areas.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not steam clean
Professional Dry clean only.
Gently shake outside or use a low-setting vacuum cleaner.
