We can’t thank enough Emily, for creating a beautiful custom rug to our exact specifications for baby’s nursery. Emily was very informative and showed us many different sheepskin samples. The rug was made within two weeks as promised. Emily has the most genuine aura, we definitely will be back.

I feel so fortunate to have found ELuxury Home in my search for a new floor rug. Emily’s craftsmanship and attention to detail are more than I could ever have hoped for, and I am absolutely delighted with the stunning, bespoke rug she has created for me. Even more important for me however, was the generous, honest and considerate service, right from the very first email. Emily spent a lot of time and took a lot of trouble to understand what I was after, and to ensure that I would be happy with the final product. There was more than one occasion during our collaboration where Emily could have created and sold me a rug which I would likely have been quite satisfied with, and which would have saved her a great deal of time and trouble. Instead she asked the questions I didn’t think to ask, and took the time and trouble to understand what I wanted, even when I couldn’t articulate it well myself. Finding any person in any type of business with that level of integrity, honesty, consideration, care and commitment to their product and their customer is so unusual these days. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Emily, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I would highly recommend this business. I was unsure about spending a lot of money on an online transaction so I phoned Emily with a range of questions. Emily was so helpful, informative and so genuine, that I knew I had found the right supplier for my merino rug. Emily was so easy to talk with and everything went so smoothly. I received my rug within 2 weeks as Emily promised and I absolutely love it.
